So, how was it? I wish I could have gone. Maybe better I didn't... that stuff makes my head explode. I wrote a LTE about church-state seperation a few years ago and got some pretty intense phone calls and letters. "Keep your JEW ass in Brighton!" (click) So I'm probably not the best person for a FTF with theocons.
You take photos in angles I never would have thought of. My favorite is the coat hangers.

Who is the person with the crazy optics? I am so glad this was poorly attended..... Except for the proud opposition and observers. Could it be Greece has been so saturated with thumpers, the populace has become apathetic or are they shopping as per W's request. It is hard to do 2 things at once, like proclaim your personal salvation while purchasing sweatshop clothing at wall mart.

It was my understanding that Judy Braiman came to our town meeting to speak about the cable access issue and she had every right to. I never agreed with the argument that because she didn't live in Greece, she couldn't object. Lame argument in my opinion.
I do believe in Jesus and shopping, but try to stay away from the debt. :) (I know how you love those smiley's ghost).
I'm glad you clarified the "LTE" and "FTF", I had no idea what they stood for either.
With people like these on the side of secular democracy, and truth telling, we'll have those faschists licked in no time! Worship on your own time with your own money (those that do, have my respect). Not on the Public's dime, In our schools or birth control clinics. Don't these people have congregations and church buildings to preach in? Should local Governments rent space to religious organisations with political ties? BTW, I have no objections to ecumenical (sp) services in times of crisis - natural disasters and manmade tragedies. and Itchy, I am not a Jew but I am an honorary member of the JDL in cases of intolerence like these. For that matter, NAACP in noose situations. My biggest concern is the outbreak of idiocy in the universities with Black face, Nooses and other inflamatory actions.
