The Easter Monkey
Since our own Sconsetmonkey is not a "true believer" in all things Christ, I thought it would be fun to see what Easter would look like in Monkey's house:
1) Instead of celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, Monkey resurrects his Mohawk (insert photo here, Monkey)
2) Instead of singing "He Arose" at the top of his lungs, Monkey sings "Dear God" by XTC
3) Instead of the cross, Monkey bows down to Henry Rollins and the Atheist's flag

Well, actually. today looks like any other day.
It looks like yesterday, last Tuesday, 6 and a half months ago and tomorrow.
Our attempt to find an open restaurant for breakfast took us around town for a bit but in the end we were amongst those in their Easter best. It was amusing to see teenage girls interpretations of their Easter best looking more like an audition to work the pole on a Friday night.
Atheists don't have their own flag, silly, it's the Christians you're thinking of.

If my memory serves me (and you know it does) I once asked you - how the hell did they get those elderly people up in that tree for that video? A crane?
